Ad Hoc Club Meeting

Meeting to cover a few topics of interest to the club.  It's an open session so if time allows we can cover more than these:

1. How to run competitions for digital images (following some issues with just using the website last time) 

2. Ideas to promote the club in the wider area (especially Silverdale)

3. Club organisation - running meetings, competitions, membership, promotion

Please Note this meeting will be in the Kent Room (adjacent to the Westmorland Room) and we will use one of the standalone screens for projection
